    President Obama's Disabilities Agenda
    According to number three of the four part plan:
    “Third, increase the employment rate of workers with disabilities by effectively implementing regulations that require the federal government and its contractors to employ people with disabilities, providing private-sector employers with resources to accommodate employees with disabilities, and encouraging those employers to use existing tax benefits to hire more workers with disabilities and supporting small businesses owned by people with disabilities.”

    IDA update
    The IDA program we offer is for twelve months with a maximum potential match of $3000 for start up and existing businesses.


    DBA becomes an IDA Provider
    Through CASA, DBA  a program of East County One Stop will be providing IDA classes to support financial literacy. The IDA program is an excellent opportunity for small businesses to build on the future.  The program is from 6 months up to 3 years with a maximum amount of $ 11,000 that can be disbursed for business expenses.     Key Bank supports DBA Initiative
    Key Bank and DBA has joined forces to support financial literacy for our IDA programs.
    As part of the program the funds will be used to ceate a comprehensive finanical literacy program that is designed to meet the needs of persons with disabilities to build on financial savings and deal with specific challenges faced when on social security.
